    Bullying affects everyone, not just the kids being bullied. It affects kids on deep levels including rates of success in school, careers, relationships and life, in addition to the school and learning environment as a whole. This workshop is chalk full of information including what parents as well as schools can do to create a safe learning environment for everyone.

  • Chores & Allowance

    Do you want your child to have household jobs but it always seems to fall to the wayside? Aren’t sure when to start, which jobs or how much to pay or whether or not to pay at all? This class covers appropriate chores by age, paying versus not paying your child for jobs, some solutions for dealing with battles over chores as well as ways to keep chores part of the family expectations.

  • Family Organization

    Are you curious about whether or not your child’s behavior and development are considered normal? Just curious and wanting to know what to expect? This class covers motor, cognitive, language, emotional, social, and sexual areas of development for kids ages 12-36 months. This can facilitate deeper understanding which makes for smoother interactions and also enables parents to learn about what is normal versus what might be considered concerning.

    Wondering what effects media might be having on your child’s behavior, learning or physical health? Media is everywhere and it has a big influence on our children’s development, both positive and negative. This workshop covers what to know about these effects so you can set your house rules accordingly, as well as solutions for battles over media time and content.
