Discipline

  • 1-2-3 Magic

Learn the steps of this easy tool that is perfect for setting boundaries and following through with toddlers 1-3 years. When used properly, even very little ones will be complying with requests regularly.

  • Choices

If you want to increase cooperation, build self-esteem all while putting reasonable boundaries in place, then choices is the tool you want to know more about! This workshop covers using choices appropriately as children age, from ages 1-10. Children want control over their world and offering choices is the perfect way to give them control of what they want while still setting boundaries.

  • Communication Tools

These communication tools get right to the crux of excellent parenting! While not always easy, parents who increase the use of these tools will find they have much more respect and cooperation from their children and will maintain more influence and connection throughout childhood and beyond.

  • Consequences

If you’ve tried everything in our set of positive tools and you’re still not getting cooperation, then consequences is the tool for you! Although, best used as a last resort, they are effective for helping our kids learn to make better choices next time. We will cover the different kinds of consequences and the steps to implementing them, as well as how to avoid the pitfalls that parents fall into that can render consequences ineffective.

  • Discipline Tools for Elementary

With the right guidance, kids in the elementary school years can become self-reliant, responsible, cooperative, self-disciplined problem-solvers. Given proper guidance paired with room to grow and make mistakes, these kids can surprise many an adult with their advanced thinking and maturity. This workshop includes all the tools that are great for working with our amazing kids ages 5-10.

Because kids don’t come with instruction manuals...
