Learning to handle strong emotions like anger is a very important life skill. Toddlers are particularly prone to outbursts of anger and frustration. But all kids can go from friendly to angry in a matter of seconds. There are so many things we can do to help our children learn to recognize and deal with anger and frustration at each age in appropriate ways, helping them develop this oh-so-important skill set needed for success in relationships and life!
